Returning to the Void

Who is responsible for what shows up in One’s reality? Our personal reality is shaped by our personality and our choices choose our destiny. Every-thing is energy and our thoughts magnetically draw in thoughts which we give energy to. Our subjective mind can create objective changes and once we change the way we perceive things, the things we perceive change.

We have the innate ability to always get what we want by empowering ourselves to understand the words we speak cast spells and our spells carry an emotional imprint. The effect to the emotional imprint is the reaction to the spell we cast. We create our personalities with our choices and the way we perceive our personal realities.

We attract our realities with our emotional responses to our environment, people, things and memories. The irony is, it is not a who which controls our reality, it’s a what. What controls our reality is our minds-eye, our ability to transcend time and space to visualize, vibrate and attract a desired outcome. What allows our ability to create a desired outcome is seeing our connectedness to the void, our intelligence in union with Oneness with the Uni-Verse and the One Song.

When we see ourselves as separate from Mother Earth, the Universe, our environment and others — we create a divide within the polarity of oneness. A separation is created, bringing the subject away from polarity, oneness and the void and allows a space for the body to keep a score. When we are feeling one with all, we are at a 0; one with the void and free of any score. When we feel wronged, disrespected, frustrated, etc  begin keeping score, we find ourselves at a 1. Life is non-binary, we are here to remember the union with Spirit or to suffer from our illusions of separateness — the choice is ours.

A score is when we keep track of the things, events or person who you feel a separateness with. For example, you woke up in an excellent mood — exercised and ate a well balanced diet, you find yourself at a 0; it’s a new day with new experiences. You start driving to work and someone cuts you off, you flip them off and start cussing them out — rippling out negative emotions to the void and you begin to keep a score; you find yourself at a 1. The rest of your day you find reasons to keep score of us vs them. A score of “causes and effects” that affected you in negative way, how all things (scores) happened to you as a victim to your own reality.

How do we break the cycle? Ownership — we Fore-give-this.

As spiritual beings encapsulated in sacred temples experiencing life as a human for a little while, it’s important to re-member we are here to Ascend into the Moment of Life. For in the blink of it all Life exists and then is extinguished. The only moment which exists is NOW and NOW is ZEN.

NOW is ZEN even when you find youself at a 1; feeling victimized to a happening and refusing to real-eyes all we can control are our choices. When One feels wronged by An-other and finds One at a 1, they can either remain at a 1 or return back to the void. To Fore-give-this will bring One back to 0.

This prayer allows space of acceptance of One’s actions and realities by creating space for a new personality. This prayer is way to fore-give-this. To fore-give the love and acceptance you were out of alignment with yourself. Out of alignment with your sovereignty and connectedness to Spirit. Space to accept what you can change and courage to let go of what no longer serves you. One may allow oneself to let go of the score weighing them down by accepting what they can change — their perception of it.

Each interaction we experience is a co-incidence. A moment when two co-creators bump into each other and experience an incident. Many of these incidents are karmic lessons we have contracted with our soul to learn in this life time, in this vessel, in this thread of time. Why do we call this lessons in? To learn them, let them go and allow more light in — become En-light-ened. 

Yet, time may be viewed as non-linear. By re-writing personal realities by changing the way we perceive it, by fore-giving the experience with love and compassion there is a shift in our quantum field. When an emotional imprint with love is sent out to the quantum field for oneself in the NOW moment for back then, ZEN is NOW.  We have the ability to transcend time and space with our minds-eye — the choice is ours.

3D and Energy

3D and Energy

In our society, we are relentlessly advertised to and encouraged to conspicuously consume because we have programmed ourselves to collect “stuff,” to love “stuff” and to attach to “stuff” to feel the “fittest” and thus the more we consume and find validation in our “stuff.” The less focus we have on what really matters (energy), the more energy we focus on “matter” by plugging into a program of conspicuous control by the 3D physical world.

A system of control such as this promotes fear of loss, anxiety, competition rather than collaboration, distress, dis-ease and lack of self-worth. The beauty of programming is, it can be re-written. It’s actually quite a divine process and we will be going into it in more detail down the road. For now, it’s important to understand we live in the dawn of a new age, the Age of Ascension. Our planet is amongst 383 other planets of Ascension and it is our time to rise. But how….?

We begin with awareness. In life, it is imperative when seeking to change anything about ourselves, environment and choices (our personal reality) we must first bring awareness to the areas we want to change in our personality. Living in a 3D world where everything is perceived as energy allows space to bring intentional awareness to various aspects of our lives, rather than be tied up in a world of attachment to “stuff.” For, when everything is energy, no-thing matters because when you shed more light on the matter you see that it’s is ENERGY!

What we give thought to, we give energy, movement and life to. Energy is the catalyst to motion, thus energy in motion is “e-motion.” Our human brain responds to an event, generates a thought, integrates an emotional response, sends out the energetic imprint of what is happening and the energy is stored in the body or released into the ether.

When we accept we live in a quantum reality, we choose to move out of a victim mindset and into the co-creation space of infinite possibilities. Where the subjective mind can cause objective changes and the “viewer” becomes the “receiver.” For in the simplest form of it all, our brains and neurons are merely receivers of information.

Energy in motion = Emotion

Our nervous systems regulate our emotions. Our endocrine system regulates our hormones. Together, they regulate our bodily functions — Neuroendocrinologically. This means, our 3D body is ran by its emotional responses to whether an event, situation, person or thing is a friend or foe. When we choose to stay in a state of distress, promoting dis-ease we find that we begin to experience pain.

We begin to experience pain during chronic periods of stress because we are unable to digest emotions while being stuck in a long-term space of “fight-or-flight.” Our emotions outside of our immediate stress response; love, compassion, grief, happiness, joy… these are are neuroendocrinologically barricaded and stored in the body until the body is able to connect to them in a state of “rest-and-digest” and “ease.”

So how do we go from a state of “fight-or-flight” to a space of “rest-and-digest?” Energetically of course. Why? Because in a quantum reality everything is waves and streams of conscious energy floating around in ethereal space. If everything is energy and not matter and all that matters is energy, how do we energetically halt the brakes on the stress response? Remember, Energy in motion = E-motion and when we want to change an aspect of our personal realities we must first change our personality. We begin with bringing awareness to our emotions.

3D and Ease

Rest-and-Digest

When the “rest-and-digest” programming of the Autonomic Nervous System is activated, our body finds itself in a state of “ease.” Our blood pressure returns to a more homestatic state, built-up tension we had is released, our adrenal glands are given time to catch up with our body’s demand before the next threat and we find our digestion, mentality and overall outlook on life is vibrating at a higher frequency. When we are in a state of “rest-and-digest” we find that we are generally happier, healthier and much less worried about “us” vs “them.” We take ourselves out of a 3D reality of worry about the emotional attachments we have to our “stuff” and open ourselves up to other dimensions of experience(s).

One of these potential dimensions of experience is “Divine Sovereignty.” Our bodies are sovereign in their own rite, we have the capacity to experience the most wonderful, ultimately powerful moments. When we are constantly focusing our energy on the belief “If this… then that,” we take ourselves out of our sovereign field of “NOW” energy of creative potential and re-weave ourselves back into a linear life of attachment to matter and fear of loss, when in the reality… matter doesn’t matter and time exists outside of straight lines.

What in Life really Matters?

But wait…. in a 3D reality, isn’t everything energy? The Newtonian Model of Physics supposes that in life… there is a cause and effect. If this happens….then this will happen; If I don’t do A… then B. Yet, this supports a victimized belief we are a spectator to our own lives, all that matters is matter and when we lose what we think matters we emotionally crave more “stuff” yet feel less worthy of love and compassion.

The Newtonian Model of Matter has had its time to shine, now we turn to the limelight of the fundamental theory of Quantum Mechanics of Energy. It is becoming more widely accepted to believe in Zero Point energy, the idea our thoughts create our reality and the subjective mind can cause changes in the objective world. In the third dimension, where we feel ruled by our attachment to the material… it’s time to be-live we are more than what we think “matters.” In order to change what we think matters, we must first understand what constitutes as “matter.”

With the Quantum Theory — everything is energy. Why? Because scientific evidence now supports the idea that our atoms are 99.999999999999….% space and actually 0.000000000001% solid, matter. This is because the speed at which an electron moves creates a light frequency that appears to have a solid structure. When in fact, everything is a conscious wave of information given to us by variation of light patterns and sounds.

So, is the anatomy of an atom solid, or space? Well… it’s both and neither… it’s ENERGY! An electron carries an electrical charge and orbits the atom giving it “form.” The various forms of electrons orbiting each atom bumps up against each other and the collision of the energetic reaction is a product we see as “stuff.” It is the illusion of this “stuff” which our survival instincts rely on for validating our safety.

Yet, if all this “stuff” doesn’t matter and is actually energy, what does this have to do with stress and our ability to perceive stress? Remember, our body as our subconscious mind and has been programmed to the survival tendency of finding comfort and safety in “stuff” because “stuff” can be held on to, it’s finite and tangible. This programming served us in a world of competition of survival resources for “us” vs “them” and “survival of the fittest.”

3D and Dis-Ease

In a 3D reality, is everything energy? We as human beings, tend to expend an enormous amount of energy on our body while living in a mental world of fear and attachment. We project outside of us what we directly feel inside of us and find comfort in the material world of stuff and hold onto it for fear we may fall. The irony is, life is a free fall and baby we are going ethereal.

In a 3D reality, we emotionally attach ourselves to our stuff and attach anxiety to losing our stuff. We build fear around the idea life is all about competition and surviving the notion it is us versus them. In doing so, we feed our mindstate with fear of loss, distress and dis-ease. We see our bodies as densifications of light and we fill ourselves with fright, if this… then that… or as Newton taught us cause and effect. Our fear of losing our stuff to them fills our physical bodies with distress and the wheel of insanity continues to spin. Our bodies undergo extensive periods of chronic distress, promoting dis-ease and we find ourselves depressed and consuming more stuff to fill the void. So what is distress?

D I S T R E S S

When a stressor presents itself our bodies biochemically respond to fear with a cascade of hormones and in it’s defense, our fight-or-flight stress response is emotionally triggered. A stressor is anything that can cause strain or tension and in this article I will refer to them as something that can activate our stress response in our brain. Any stressor that produces an emotional response of distress promotes dis-ease in our physical bodies.

How do stressors promote dis-ease?

Our brains are hard-wired to adapt and survive our external environment and our body is programmed to respond appropriately to stimuli. When we live in a 3D reality of anxiety fed by our fear of loss to the material world we hold most dear, our body will respond to see others as threats to our surival. Our body is our subconscious mind and so in time, we program our survival instincts subconsciously. The more stressors and tension we respond with to our environment, the less ease and relaxation we feel. The less ease we feel, the more dis-ease(s) will present themselves.

Let’s say, you woke up late for a college exam and cannot find your car keys. We may begin to think terrible thoughts and negative emotions toward this specific event. The thoughts we send our body about the way we perceive these potential stressors, is all regulated by a nuclei in our brain called the Amygdala. The Amygdala is in charge of emotionally processing events and communicates closely with another nuclei called the Hypothalamus. Upon experiencing a stressor that may disrupt a state of feeling safe, the Amygdala sends out a distress signal to the Hypothalamus. As the communication center for the body, the Hypothalamus regulates our fight-or-flight and rest-and-digest systems in the body. These systems regulate involuntary autonomic nervous system functions such as;

Blood Pressure

Heart Rate

Blood Vessels and Bronchiole Dilation and Constriction

Pupillary Dilation and Constriction

Respiratory Rate

In other words, our perception of stressors regulates how much blood, oxygen and nutrients are assimilated into the whole body at any given moment. The more distress perceived by the brain, the longer the body stays in fight-or-flight mode, the longer we experience an emotional state of dis-ease, the longer our stress hormones are dumped into the system, the harder the system has to recover to get back to a baseline and ease state of rest-and-digest where the blood, oxygen and nutrients may be assimilated and integrated into the body.

Visualize your body as a car, the vehicle of your soul. The rest-and-digest system are the brakes for your car and the fight-or-flight system is the gas pedal. Distress signals from the Amygdala tell the Hypothalamus it’s time to put the gas pedal to the floor with sudden bursts of energy to help us in the 3D with survival.

Fortunately, this system has helped us survive since the dawn of our species. Unfortunately, this system can be harmful to the body if left “on” for long periods of time and can cause symptoms of depression, adrenal fatigue, tension headaches, indigestion, increased cortisol levels, increased cholesterol levels, increased blood pressure and the list goes on and on. These symptoms are referred to states of “dis-ease” and can be turned “off” by activating the “rest-and-digest” system.
