Uprooting Anger

Our Mind is a Garden

Dig it.

Imagine your mind as a garden. Within it are rows of seeds that have been planted, germinated, blooming and coming to fruition. These are the seeds of your thoughts, your dreams, your reality. This is your garden. Only seeds you allow in will grow here. If a weed begins to grow we have the power to pluck it with love and grace and allow space for a bountiful seed to fill its place.

Now, imagine your actions are the nutrients and your seeds are your thoughts. The more your actions align with your thoughts, the more you seed is taken care of to grow to fruition. If our thoughts and actions are out of tune, weeds may grown and our seeds may become overrun.

These weeds may constitute as negative beliefs, curses, toxic habits, self-sabotaging behavior, excuses, resentment, guilt, blame, shame, attachment, fear…. and the list goes on and on. These weeds can be very harmful to the health and integrity of the whole garden. For this article, we will be discussing how to recognize weeds rooted in anger.

Weeds and Roots

When we do not feel it to heal it, where does it go?

Our body is regulated by our emotions and our emotions can stay in motion or reside in our body to become residual pain. If they become stored in the body and we do not feel it to heal it, it is harbored somewhere. So where? Our Organs of course; 90% of resentment is stored in the Gallbladder whereas 90% of anger is stored in the Liver. Our emotions are released upon experiencing an event, whether that event is past, present or future.

When we revisit an event through a memory, our body biochemically relives the past event. Emotionally we experience the emotions tied to that event, and when an event has upset us in any way, we may have a tendency to attach to it, especially the outcome. We emotionally choose events we know we can predict by recreating past events in the present moment.

Our future becomes more predictable and we feel more at ease. But what happens when unforseen things happen? What triggers us to become aggressive or highly stressed suddenly when something unexpected happens? Expectations, but not just expectations… failed expectations.

Anger is a response to a failed expectation. We anticipate events and how they unfold in order to help ourselves anticipate any potential threats to our survival. Our ability to revisit memories grants us the capacity to think ahead of what may be coming.  Our response to a situation through our meaning behind the response is what allows us to attach an emotion to an event.

When we attach ourselves to an emotion tied to an event, we begin attaching ourselves to that emotion. The more we attach ourselves to an emotion, the more familiar it becomes. The more comfortable we feel when we experience that emotion and the more we want to reproduce the predictability of this emotion.

When anger becomes so familiar because we have under-delivering of high expectations of ourselves or others, we begin to continue to find reasons to stay upset. We feed the cycle over and over again because it is comfortable and feels safe.

Yet, do we grow when we are uncomfortable? No. Does our mind garden get enough nutrients when we begin letting anger weeds take over the fertility of the soil and the bounty of the harvest? No. Are we happy when we are in perpetual states of anger? No. Does extended periods of anger lead to dis-ease? Yes.

We know this because Anger lives in the Liver and Liver detoxifies the body of drugs and alcohol. One coping mechanism for anger is to drink alcohol. Alcohol also targets the liver and is associated with increased aggression, anger and hostility. If someone who struggles with anger and/or alcohol begins to focus on the root of their dis-ease, deep seated healing will occur.

We are all the Christ-al

Christ Consciousness

What’s the point to everything? Is there a point to anything? This question seems arbitrary once ONE realizes, it’s all a crystal (Christ-al). A Christ-al weaving the cosmic web of innate connections. Spanning across all dimensions and forming the foundation for threads of choices and events marked by what we perceive as time. Divided by a concept we perceive as space.

Is time relative? What is time relative to? Is everything then relative to time? Well again, this seems arbitrary once one realizes it is neither relative or unrelated, it is the union of both as we use analytical mindsets to box up the Christ-al and say it is only best understood by deductive reasoning.

Without logic is feeling, with feeling is healing. You cannot logically fathom our connection with the universe, with the spirit, the Christ-al… you can only Feel it once you close your eyes. Faith only may happen without seeing, falling into the unknown willingly to trust in the unfolding of the universe. As the flowers in spring bloom, we each have our own roles to play in the game of Life.

You are the spirit, the same spirit flowing within flows without. We are each the same spirit, playing a game of hide and go seek with itself, pretending like it doesn’t remember the spirit created this game in the first place. We are the Christ-al spirit expressing itself as a human for a little while. To utterly love the idea of love and using the innate humor to allow healing laughter. For we are ignorant to think we are disconnected, we are separate, not a part of the same whole. We are ignorant to think the Spirit doesn’t have humor.

The illusory aspect of life is rooted in our own ignorance to the connections and stems from the assumption that ALL of thIS not an intricate cosmic web, all points thread together as reflections of the light emanating from Christ-al. Everything’s the point and yet nothing is the point. The whole point is to connect the points; a point may be a sharp edge or… a period in a sentence, a place in space, a pause between thoughts… Being the Christ-al allows you the space and time to accept you are THE cosmos.

When we question the world around us, we question ourselves. We are the world around us as much as we are a whole world within. So what’s the point in leaving the point you’re in for another point when they’re is no disconnect, all points are already connected in the first place? What’s the point in being anything other than present in this moment, the only one there is?

Wherever we manifest the illusion of our “problems,” we give those thoughts life and we create those problems, they didn’t exist before our perception of them. And how do you know it’s a problem in the first place that needs to be solved or fixed? Our ignorance perpetuates through our egos as the tendency to overlook the possibility, we are exactly where we are because we are exactly where we need to be. As Lao Tzu quoted, The Sage does not hurry yet all is accomplished.

Patience takes patience to learn, inherently we have anxiety. This anxiety arises from the fear that one of the opposites will cancel out the other one. Yet, Order arises from Chaos, Crisis must occur for change to follow, the fluidity of life undergoes intereference when try to control the crest and trough of the wave or when the wave hits, rather than understanding you are the wave and if you go with the flow then it is the path of least resistance.

When identifying a problem in order to look for the solution, we go through series of analytical approaches and questions, we look to arrive at an answer through a series of as logical soliloquy’s. (Log/os= Greek for “reason”) We use our words to describe indescribable things and we use our words to say what we think people want to hear, rarely do we ever share the raw inexplicable reality of honesty, with self or other.

When a word is used to describe something, it’s spelling casts a spell. When a spell is cast, it has a price to pay for both the one giving and receiving, for… even the road to hell is paved with good intentions. And…even witches may be bewitched by their own words. We pay a price for the spelling of words and our actions can shed light on or contradict everything we ever enchanted or spellbound on OurSelves and others.

Using words and their spelling to feel superior whilst also perceiving self/other as inferior as we spend our mortal lives breaking free from the consequences of our actions by saying the other is responsible. We are the victims of the world, not creators, not heroes. We plug into this societal matrix of you’re empty and not whole, so you must consume stuff or feel empty. As we consumer rather than create, the emptiness grows because feeding the symptom is not healing the cause. And if we don’t have enough, well then fuck… we’re a victim to society’s praying of the weak and unfortunate because we are less than.

These re-actions fuel the idea of being a victim rather than also being the antagonist and hero in our stories. Spells are cast to change how we want to BE, binding ourselves wITh words as chains and boxes. Then break free once we REALize we deserved this freedom from these bonds all along, we are in charge of our Destination Destiny. Then one day, something shifts… we wake up in an illusion of feeling “less than,” driving us to then curse OurSelves as a means to punish and dis-sociate by forging more chains in our heart-fire… and building different boxes to sabotage self. Feeling naked we then go on to repackAGE our mind as a skin encapsulated ego— and the wheel turns, and the wheel turns, and we are all bound to the wheel.

Let’s use the sleep-wake cycle as an example of the nature of waking up spiritually.
When we go to sleep, we must always wake up in order to go back to sleep, go back to sleep in order to wake up. Yet, when we wake up we still may be sleeping in a spiritual sense.
When we become en-light-ened we wake up to our own ignor-ance and sometimes we may go back to sleep when the light gets dim or our minds and spirits feel dark and heavy again. We will then wake up again once we REALize this ignor-ance has de-natured our minds through some crisis. Through crisis we change, we do or DiE, and its ironic our ego actually dies in order for us to be reborn.
This PRO-cess allows cycles of insanity of being spiritually asleep to envelope and de-nature our minds in order to only be INserted back to nature by nurturing OURself by nature ITself.

When we wake up as Empaths, feeling more like Ourselves, some of us start feeling what it feels to be the Other. Being an empath is about innately activating your ability to pierce the veil, it is not an egotistical box to be limited by or differentiated from; you are One, the Immortal God, and the health our OurSelves depends on the wealth of health withIN and withOUT both Us and Other. Feeling the feelings of Other is not something that can be solved because it’s the SOULotion.

To see, is to know what it felt like when you were at once blind. To BE means you understand there are polarity to being, one or other, and you have also been DEceiving by only BE-IN-G one and not the other. You cannot BE anything within the dual-IT-y, you ARE the IT. Anxiety stems from the fear that ONE of these opposites WILL CANCEL out the OTHER. To be AT-ease is to overcome DIS-ease. In order to see the light, you must also have seen the dark. But Do we really see the dark or are we seeing the absence of light?

A being of light and love is also to be a being of shadows and hate, for it is both the presence of light and the interference, which is what allows the apparition of a shadow in the first place.
As we become en-light-ened we see this shadow in Self before we see it in Other, and we choose to hide it in the niche between light and dark, the gray of the shadows, in order to not be judged or dis-sociated.

As Egos we play dress up with consuming whilst coalescing as masks and play our roles for all to see. As Shakespeare said, The whole world is a stage, so when yourself or other come along and present as naked, it can be rather attractive and raw.
Yet, is the naked and rawness of it, not itself, a facade?

To go to the depths of digging into the mud for the lotus in order to help it make its way OUT IN nature, is to choose to dive into uncharted waters, to silently cut away at the SELF behind the clay workings and spellbound nature of the mask, to decipher the world between the worLds — the playwriting of the script and to say the LotUS cannot do it AL-ONE. The journey as an innate healer is we choose to allow space for growth, to accept both self and other, because we are ONE. When I judge you, I judge myself, and when you feel lost and dis-connect-ed, it is because we choose to not connect in the first place. You are the ONE, the immortal god, not merely a ghost in a machine. There is no mirror if no ONE is there to look back at it. The reflection is the whole purpose of the mirror. And the whole purpose of Self is to as-simulate with Other. So when you left to go find your Higher self, did you leave your lower selves behind? To say one is higher is to say there is a separation in the first place, one high, one low, more than one self, rather than ONESELF.

There is no smoke cast over the mirrors, only fire, air, water, earth and metal from which all illusions arise from. The ghost in the machine wants you to feel disconnected, from mINdfulness of the intricacies of the webs we weave as BE-IN-G-OD. We are more than skin encapsulated egos and anytime we feel like we may be “more than,” we form ways to punish OurSelves thinking were not worthy and choose pain over pleasure. We are angels and demons, and when our angel feels DE-cieved by the demons, the dark passengers hiding in the shadows withIN want to make themselves known withOUT and coax us to do unspeakable things in the name of finding love for OurSelf because we cannot trust Others. What about Other can we not trust? Are we here to attach to nature or to detach from socIety?

Are we not also here to find it within our heart, our bridge between matter and spirit? Because in order to love self, we begin by practicing loving other. And one form of love a healer accepts, is sacrifice. Even healers need healers, even heroes need heroes. Sacrifice to me is, giving as receiving. When you give you receive, when you sacrifice you give for the sake of giving, for the sake of loving. Loving partially, without abandoning anyone. Loving unconditionally. Unconditional love is to love beyond conditions, to irrevocably understand the innate connections with all and understand if we conditionally love someone else, we are only selectively loving ourself.

How do we love beyond conditions? How do we choose to love both ourself and other wholeheartedly and free of judgement? We re-member why we are here. We are here TO LOVE. We are here to re-member Rei-Ki.
