Promotion of EASE,

As humans, we have conditioned ourselves to live in a 3-Dimensional reality — a material world based on Fear. We put so much emphasis and value on accumulating stuff and then we go in a cycle of worrying about losing the stuff we value. We develop anxiety disorders, depression and anger when we lose our “things” and then our health, in turn follows our thoughts. We see the world through a lens of “us vs. them” and we begin to compete for survival. We manipulate ourselves and those around us to get our needs met, we cheat and we lie to feel instant gratification, and we view the world through an egotistical lens of “Me versus the World.” We begin to only feel happy when we buy more shit and we condition ourselves to buy our happiness. 

Having shit to be happy is also like saying “no-thing is enough” and so we become victims to the world of cause and effect. “If I don’t have enough money… then this…. If only I had more money…. then this.” It’s time to change our value system — as Dr. Joe Dispenza says “It’s time to cause an effect.” How do we let go of valuing ourselves based on the “stuff” we have?

What does it mean to have “Ease?” To be preventative towards states of “Dis-ease?” For a Reiki practitioner the answer seems simple — shine more light on the matter. To avoid Dis-Ease is to practice preventative methods and lifestyle choices which support optimal health and vitality. To practice preventive ways of overcoming “Dis-Ease” before it has the potential of existing would mean to view time as non-linear. This would also suggest, we each have a major role to play in our ownership of health. 

This is a time for greatness —

 

If we are to move away from the victim model of suffering, it is highly suggested we move towards a model of ownership and acceptance over our choices and physical bodies. Our physical body is a student and our pain is our teacher. Once we choose to learn the lesson coded in the pain — we can move beyond the victim-mindset and programming. We are the creators and manifestors of our own lives, our only limits are our imaginations. 

Is time linear? If time is linear — then how can we transport our minds back into a space of memory which takes us out of the present moment? If time is seen as non-linear it allows you to perceive time in a way that we can bend and use as a portal of healing.

Once time is viewed as non-linear, it holds a deeper understanding of the fabric of energy and how it can be extended beyond our vessels and minds, beyond space and time. Suppose someone is sick and calls while in another time zone. This loved one is someone you hear as very distraught, very dis-eased. You begin talking with them in a soothing tone, you lower your voice so that it is more calm and grounded. After 30 minutes you hear Ease coming through in the tone of their voice, you sense they are feeling less upset and more comforted after sharing energy with you. Now, did the energy you sent travel back/forth in time? Did the Ease in your voice allow space for Ease to be transmuted? What then, are the limitations of energy transferance? No — the only limitations are our imaginations. 

In order to see life unfold outside of linear time, one also sees human beings as more than meat and bones — We are entities of light, love and spirit and our energy. Energy when in motion, free of pain and consciousness blocks, can move through us and to us beyond space and time. So what does this mean to apply such a metaphysical and energetic approach to healing? 

It means moving away from living and thinking in a Material 3-Dimensional World of Fear by instead embracing the 5-D Plane of Light. This Plane is built on unconditional love and abundance, which then manifest in the physical. It is a dimension of the mind, beyond space and time, where you are integrated with your Higher Self and there is no space for guidance by your Ego. Living and thinking in 5-D allows healing of all mental, emotional and physical bodies. Thinking in this dimension allows you to trust in the unfolding of the unknown and universal flow of energy. 

This philosophy takes into account each person’s path of healing is as unique to them as their thumbprint, thousands of modalities and billions of philosophies on “health” and “wellness” and what it means to be “thriving.” In this newsletter we will be discussing Reiki as a non-invasive energetic metaphysical approach to promoting “ease” and guidance of restoring flow to energetic blocks in one’s 

The character “Reiki” (pronounced RAY-kee) is a Japanese word for Divine Light (Rei) and Universal Life Force (Ki). The art of Reiki is the opening and channeling of this specific frequency of Spiritual Energy through the practitioner’s hands and is the heart of this synergistic approach. Reiki is non-invasive, is safe for everyone and anyone, does not deplete the giver or receiver and can be channeled to all living things. Although Reiki is a hands-on healing technique, it may be channeled to a recipient both in-person, and long-distance. 

Practicing Reiki simultaneously promotes recharging and rebooting the body’s system in a loving and compassionate way in both the giver and receiver. The practitioner puts their own ego aside in order to channel the Reiki — it will always go where it is needed. When focusing on where hand placement is most appropriate, the practitioner utilizes a biomagnetic map of the body to clear and transmute the blockage of energies. 

Tapping into the flow of Reiki is dependent on the intention of the Receiver, the openness of the Giver, and the focus and connection to Breath. When energies are in motion, emotion is felt. When we ignore feeling and releasing an emotion, these energies and choose to hold onto them, they can block the flow of energies, causing physical pain and dis-ease. This all sounds so wild… right? Or does it? 

The Practitioner utilizes a biomagnetic map of the body to guide the blockage of energies. Reiki utilizes the 7 Major Chakras as a biomagnetic map of the body’s patterns of energy to balance, clear and transmute energy blockages and stains which can lead to DIS-EASE. 

The 7 Major Chakras correlate to major glands and groups of nerves, or plexi. Our immunity is governed by our neuroendocrinological systems, the balance of our homones and autonomic nervous systems are dependent on the energies of these systems maintaining movement and communication. When a person is experiencing chronic stress, depression, hormone imbalances or anxiety; the body is communicating that there is a barrier to the regulatory system.

Reiki promotes EASE. Nervous System… Rest versus Flight

Our bodies have a relaxation response which can be measured using biofeedback, monitoring blood pressure and checking saliva samples for levels of Immunoglobulin A proteins and cortisol levels. Results from one study from 2002, showed the Receiver may experience a decrease in systolic blood pressure, increase in skin temperature, decrease in anxiety, increase in Immunoglobulin A in saliva and decrease in EMG readings during treatment. IgA is plays an important role in immune function of our mucous membranes, lower IgA levels means decreased immune function. Cortisol is the body’s main stress hormone and is a natural alarm system for the body. Higher levels of cortisol directly relate to stressors causing DIS-EASE. 

In Reiki I the practitioner learns the hand positions and in Reiki II they are given symbols to further promote healing. The intention of the practitioner is to channel the Rei-Ki (universal energy) into the client with the intention of working with Major chakras to allow the optimal flow of Reiki from Giver to Receiver. In Reiki III, the student is given the Master symbols and may begin initiating new practitioners into their specific lineage.

Distance doesn’t Matter because everything is energy. 

Reiki is a verb, not a belief system.

3D and Energy

In our society, we are relentlessly advertised to and encouraged to conspicuously consume because we have programmed ourselves to collect “stuff,” to love “stuff” and to attach to “stuff” to feel the “fittest” and thus the more we consume and find validation in our “stuff.” The less focus we have on what really matters (energy), the more energy we focus on “matter” by plugging into a program of conspicuous control by the 3D physical world.

A system of control such as this promotes fear of loss, anxiety, competition rather than collaboration, distress, dis-ease and lack of self-worth. The beauty of programming is, it can be re-written. It’s actually quite a divine process and we will be going into it in more detail down the road. For now, it’s important to understand we live in the dawn of a new age, the Age of Ascension. Our planet is amongst 383 other planets of Ascension and it is our time to rise. But how….?

We begin with awareness. In life, it is imperative when seeking to change anything about ourselves, environment and choices (our personal reality) we must first bring awareness to the areas we want to change in our personality. Living in a 3D world where everything is perceived as energy allows space to bring intentional awareness to various aspects of our lives, rather than be tied up in a world of attachment to “stuff.” For, when everything is energy, no-thing matters because when you shed more light on the matter you see that it’s is ENERGY!

What we give thought to, we give energy, movement and life to. Energy is the catalyst to motion, thus energy in motion is “e-motion.” Our human brain responds to an event, generates a thought, integrates an emotional response, sends out the energetic imprint of what is happening and the energy is stored in the body or released into the ether.

When we accept we live in a quantum reality, we choose to move out of a victim mindset and into the co-creation space of infinite possibilities. Where the subjective mind can cause objective changes and the “viewer” becomes the “receiver.” For in the simplest form of it all, our brains and neurons are merely receivers of information.

Energy in motion = Emotion

Our nervous systems regulate our emotions. Our endocrine system regulates our hormones. Together, they regulate our bodily functions — Neuroendocrinologically. This means, our 3D body is ran by its emotional responses to whether an event, situation, person or thing is a friend or foe. When we choose to stay in a state of distress, promoting dis-ease we find that we begin to experience pain.

We begin to experience pain during chronic periods of stress because we are unable to digest emotions while being stuck in a long-term space of “fight-or-flight.” Our emotions outside of our immediate stress response; love, compassion, grief, happiness, joy… these are are neuroendocrinologically barricaded and stored in the body until the body is able to connect to them in a state of “rest-and-digest” and “ease.”

So how do we go from a state of “fight-or-flight” to a space of “rest-and-digest?” Energetically of course. Why? Because in a quantum reality everything is waves and streams of conscious energy floating around in ethereal space. If everything is energy and not matter and all that matters is energy, how do we energetically halt the brakes on the stress response? Remember, Energy in motion = E-motion and when we want to change an aspect of our personal realities we must first change our personality. We begin with bringing awareness to our emotions.

3D and Ease

Rest-and-Digest

When the “rest-and-digest” programming of the Autonomic Nervous System is activated, our body finds itself in a state of “ease.” Our blood pressure returns to a more homestatic state, built-up tension we had is released, our adrenal glands are given time to catch up with our body’s demand before the next threat and we find our digestion, mentality and overall outlook on life is vibrating at a higher frequency. When we are in a state of “rest-and-digest” we find that we are generally happier, healthier and much less worried about “us” vs “them.” We take ourselves out of a 3D reality of worry about the emotional attachments we have to our “stuff” and open ourselves up to other dimensions of experience(s).

One of these potential dimensions of experience is “Divine Sovereignty.” Our bodies are sovereign in their own rite, we have the capacity to experience the most wonderful, ultimately powerful moments. When we are constantly focusing our energy on the belief “If this… then that,” we take ourselves out of our sovereign field of “NOW” energy of creative potential and re-weave ourselves back into a linear life of attachment to matter and fear of loss, when in the reality… matter doesn’t matter and time exists outside of straight lines.

What in Life really Matters?

But wait…. in a 3D reality, isn’t everything energy? The Newtonian Model of Physics supposes that in life… there is a cause and effect. If this happens….then this will happen; If I don’t do A… then B. Yet, this supports a victimized belief we are a spectator to our own lives, all that matters is matter and when we lose what we think matters we emotionally crave more “stuff” yet feel less worthy of love and compassion.

The Newtonian Model of Matter has had its time to shine, now we turn to the limelight of the fundamental theory of Quantum Mechanics of Energy. It is becoming more widely accepted to believe in Zero Point energy, the idea our thoughts create our reality and the subjective mind can cause changes in the objective world. In the third dimension, where we feel ruled by our attachment to the material… it’s time to be-live we are more than what we think “matters.” In order to change what we think matters, we must first understand what constitutes as “matter.”

With the Quantum Theory — everything is energy. Why? Because scientific evidence now supports the idea that our atoms are 99.999999999999….% space and actually 0.000000000001% solid, matter. This is because the speed at which an electron moves creates a light frequency that appears to have a solid structure. When in fact, everything is a conscious wave of information given to us by variation of light patterns and sounds.

So, is the anatomy of an atom solid, or space? Well… it’s both and neither… it’s ENERGY! An electron carries an electrical charge and orbits the atom giving it “form.” The various forms of electrons orbiting each atom bumps up against each other and the collision of the energetic reaction is a product we see as “stuff.” It is the illusion of this “stuff” which our survival instincts rely on for validating our safety.

Yet, if all this “stuff” doesn’t matter and is actually energy, what does this have to do with stress and our ability to perceive stress? Remember, our body as our subconscious mind and has been programmed to the survival tendency of finding comfort and safety in “stuff” because “stuff” can be held on to, it’s finite and tangible. This programming served us in a world of competition of survival resources for “us” vs “them” and “survival of the fittest.”
