4D and Dreams

The 4D

We physically live in a 3 dimensional reality which stems from a 12 dimensional reality. In the 3D we play this game of separation of self from other and it is this game that arises the comedy of life. God is Love and it is Love that connects all the dimensions together. Beyond the third dimensions are non-physical, non-linear dimensions where time is bent. So what then, is the 4th dimension consist of?

The 4D is a magical world of dreams called the Astral Plane where light and darkness connect. The fourth dimension is believed to be a mathematical plane represented by a tesseract surrounding us allowing time to be more fluid. This is because Time represents integrity of change observed in the first three dimensions catalogued in numerical order.

In the 4D, there is no past, present or future… there is only traveling temporally. This is why time is so challenging to percieve whilst in a dream. Beyond 3D, time is non-linear and can be used as a means of astral traveling through the mathematical plane of sacred geometry. How do we do this? With our astral bodies.

Astral Body

Our Astral Body is part of our Auric Body. Our Auric body has 7 layers, one for each of the major chakras.  Our Aura is the color representation of our health and can change over time. The Astral Body is the 4th layer, is about 1 foot away from the physical body and is also rainbow colored. I call this layer, our Rainbow bridge.

Our rainbow bridge can be open and activated by heartwork.

Send Them Roses

Re-Mind

Physically the body is ran by the brain, mentally the brain is ran by the mind. Ergo, the mind controls the body. Yet… where is our mind located? Does our mind reside and remain in our bodies? Or, does our mind transcend time and space? Our mind is part of the cosmic mind, the intelligence orchestrating and consciously delegating the fabric and structure of Life itself. Within our minds-eye we have the ability to connect to this cosmic mind and once we do we find it’s pure Love and Light.

Our journey here on Earth is to Ascend.

Our Earth is a conscious being, vibrating and pulsating with a divine consciousness. As humans we are nearing a crossroad — do we wish to continue to add to the darkness of this beautiful planet? Or… do we rise up from the darkness and Ascend into Divine Light of 5D and beyond?

In order to Ascend beyond the 3D dimension of attachment to the material and fear of loss, one understands they are a being capable of compassion, empathy and unconditional love. We are all interconnected. Like trees, our minds weave with the cosmic mind; when one tree (mind) in the forest is sick, the whole canopy suffers. When we feel empathy, we FEEL the interconnectedness and SEE how others are feeling.

Empathetically our heart and mind carry powerful potential for alleviating any suffering we may SEE or FEEL. By sharing empathy through practicing the art of compassion, sending loving energy into motion (love as an emotion), a ripple of Love is sent as Light and is picked up and integrated, as needed by the receiver. I call this process, “Send Them Roses.”

By this view, the brain is the receiver for the cosmic mind and our heart the intentional giver of love and light. One may achieve their dreams if they practice sending love to a specific intention and visualization. The power of love heals all wounds, and it is love that will activate our collective consciousness into Ascension.

4D vs 5D

Our pineal gland is a phenomenal gift we were given as a species to travel beyond our physical selves. Also known as our Third Eye, it is a portal through which we can Astral Travel in 4D and explore time in the 5D. The fourth dimension is the Astral Plane, said to be filled with tricksters and is where we travel during our Rapid Eye Movement of our Sleep-Wake Cycle.

The fifth dimension is the Plane of Unconditional Love and our heart bridges are how we will get there. First, we must build the bridge — we practice compassion. Why is compassion so important? Because, it can tran-send time and space, it can ripple back and forth through time, it can help heal ancestral trauma… so why not?

Vagal What?

Neurologically and physically practicing compassion may increase Vagal Tone. The Vagus Nerve is Cranial Nerve X and is a primary nerve responsible for regulating our rest and digest (parasympathetic) involuntary controls. This nerve works to balance our digestion, how fast our heart pumps, dilation and constriction of blood vessels and how regular we breathe. An increase in Vagal tone would lead to an increase in rest and digest.

One of my favorite ways to practice compassion is through practicing the art of Reiki. I practice sending Reiki to trees, animals, food, people far away, people in different time zones, people in my memories of a traumatic event, myself back in time to the memory of a specific event, any person I feel negative emotions to… even if that person was me 5 minutes ago — I send them roses.
